I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor who specializes in working individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and work-related concerns.
My background in workplace development guides my counseling style in that I have a keen interest in helping my clients develop work-life balance, increased productivity, and effective communication skills. I help my clients find their best and most empowered selves by accessing their inherent knowledge and intelligence to move towards a more meaningful and vital life.
I work from a strengths-based approach; helping clients identify and acknowledge what works in their lives and using that information as a starting point for change. My depth of compassion and passion for my work allows my clients to feel deeply supported and empowered to look at the things that bring them to therapy.
I earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and a Master's of Public Health from Indiana University.
